Kenny Chan


Kenny is an attorney that works on estate law and Medicaid planning at Life Point Law.  He has worked as a freelancer providing legal writing and research for a variety of legal cases.  Kenny has been published on topics both inside and outside the legal realm.  Prior to entering the legal field, Kenny worked at companies in Washington such as Expedia and Comcast.

Kenny grew-up in Vancouver, Canada, and attended the University of British Columbia.  He graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was published in the school’s Business & Bankruptcy Law Journal.  He also served as the Vice President for the Asian Law Students Association.

In his spare time, Kenny enjoys playing tennis and is active within local USTA leagues. He also enjoys writing, reading, and skiing.  His favorite book is Malcolm Gladwell’s David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants.
